ABOUT GRAYSTONE

After 15 years of working as the founder, President and CEO of SMART Technology, Inc. (SMART); a Virginia Corporation www.smartek.com, Darryl L. Gray branched into real-estate development in 2001. He eventually became the Founder and Managing Member of Graystone Holdings which includes projects in Florida, Washington, DC and Hamptons Roads Virginia.

Graystone Holdings include:

• Graystone Reserves, LLC. (107 acre completed project)
• Graystone Landing, LLC. (117 acre project)
• Graystone Mississippi, LLC. (2000 acre project).
  

SMART Construction, LLC. (Trading as Graystone Developments)
In June of 2001, SMART Construction, LLC was established. It's vision is to provide affordable quality housing for a growing population in the Tidewater area on a 250 acre tract owned by the company. This “SMART Community” will enable the salary-increased and expanding population in Suffolk to achieve the comparable quality of life found in the surrounding cities of Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Portsmouth, Hampton , and Newport News.

Graystone Reserves, LLC.

Graystone Landing, LLC.
After the completion of Graystone Reserves, LLC. Purchased 117 acre track of property in Suffolk Virginia to build an Traditional Neighborhood Development centered around affordable architecture for america’s greatest. (teachers, policemen, firefighters etc….) This project designed in conjunction was DPZ will be the regions first TND.

Graystone Mississippi, LLC.
Graystone Mississippi, LLC (along with Key resources from the community of New Urbanism) is creating new home developments in support of the Renewal of Mississippi Rebuilding in the form of various Traditional Neighborhood Developments.
